Welcome to St George’s Episcopal Memorial Church. Our parish has been an important presence in the Bismarck community since 1880, and we continue to meet the Living God in this place today – through worship, education, outreach, and most of all, through the relationships we have created with each other.

Archbishop of Canterbury apologizes to Indigenous peoples of Canada

 Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby has apologized for the “terrible crime” of the Anglican church’s involvement in Canada’s residential schools – and for the Church of England’s “grievous sins” against the Indigenous peoples of Canada.
